Time mis-management

This is the part of the day that I look forward to, what I work towards.  And then I get here, and I have one hour until bed time.  23h preparing for and anticipating 1h?  I'm not managing my life correctly.

And it's not nearly enough time to get caught up on my fics.

lol *points at your post* Exactly. I was pretty much just thinking the same thing just now, except I waste several hours winding down at the end of the day and then, just as I should be getting ready for bed I think, "Oh! So I have this thing I should be writing/editing..."

No... I enjoy your writing far too much to agree that you fail at anything! And I enjoy being busy, mostly, so I shouldn't whine.

I'm so glad you're going to start posting Fade soon! I remember reading Evenfall for the first time at my in-law's house, over Christmas, and hiding in the basement until all hours of the night trying to finish it... it absolutely consumed my mind until it was done. And even then, it lingered in my mind for days!

That was years ago, and I've only just realised you have an LJ... !

Aww! That totally just made me really happy, because I remember doing that on stories I liked too. <3 Thank you! For that and for the really nice things you said about my writing ^_^ I consider myself to be pretty mediocre, lol. But I really appreciate it when people are nice enough to take the time to read anything I wrote. I think ICoS works pretty well because Sonny and I have such different personalities and writing styles that it creates a balance between the two.

What made you notice my lj recently btw out of curiosity? The newsletter?

Yep! I've been on the newsletter mailing list for a while, but never noticed the LJ before. I expect the mailing list subscription predates my LJ, so it wouldn't have caught my attention at first.

And you are so far from mediocre!

I may not have mentioned my lj on there before either, actually. I can't recall. It's funny how those things work, though, isn't it? Not noticing something for a long time and then suddenly going, "Hey! I know that!"
